In 2008 we opened Bistro1909. Step by step we transferred the small café into a vibrant restaurant. We took inspiration from all the countries we had been living in and created a menu that blended the local and the global. The privilige of working in the cosy old town of Alcúdia has been our inspiration from day one and still today we continue to develope our flavours.
